Article 1 – Definitions
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Withdrawal period:
The legally prescribed period during which the consumer may cancel the agreement without giving any reason.
Consumer:
A natural person acting for purposes outside any trade, business, or professional activity who enters into a distance agreement with the entrepreneur.
Day:
A calendar day.
Ongoing agreement:
A distance agreement relating to multiple products and/or services delivered or purchased over a defined period of time.
Durable medium:
Any instrument that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a manner that allows future reference and unchanged reproduction.
Right of withdrawal:
The statutory right of the consumer to terminate a distance agreement within the withdrawal period.
Entrepreneur:
The natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers through distance selling.
Distance agreement:
An agreement concluded within an organized system for remote sales, whereby exclusive use is made of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the contract.
Means of distance communication:
Any method that enables a contract to be concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of both parties.

Article 3 – Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by Karen Moree and to all distance agreements and orders concluded between Karen Moree and the consumer.
Prior to concluding a distance agreement, the consumer shall be given access to these General Terms and Conditions. If this is not reasonably possible, Karen Moree will indicate how the Terms can be reviewed electronically and will provide them free of charge upon request.
If additional conditions apply to specific products or services and inconsistencies arise, the provision most favorable to the consumer shall prevail.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one that most closely reflects the original intent.
Article 4 – Offers
Offers that are subject to a limited validity period or specific conditions will clearly state this.
All offers are made without obligation. Karen Moree reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any offer at its discretion.
Each offer includes a clear and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. Images are intended to represent the products as faithfully as possible; however, minor variations in color or appearance may occur.

Article 5 – Formation of the Agreement
The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions.
If acceptance is made electronically, the consumer may withdraw from the agreement until confirmation of acceptance has been provided electronically.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may return non-discounted products within 30 days of receipt without stating a reason, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Products marked as Final Sale, defined as items discounted by 40% or more, are excluded from returns, refunds, and exchanges. This exclusion is clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, all return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. Approved returns must be sent to Karen Moree’ overseas supplier located in China.
Refunds, including standard outbound shipping costs, will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned item or upon submission of valid proof of return shipment.
Article 8 – Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products excluded for hygiene reasons, including earrings or lingerie

Items purchased during Final Sale promotions with a discount of 40% or more
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices stated in an offer remain valid during the indicated offer period, unless adjustments are required under applicable law or regulation.
Article 10 – Product Conformity and Warranty
Karen Moree guarantees that products and services conform to the agreement and meet reasonable standards of quality, functionality, and reliability.
Article 11 – Delivery and Fulfillment
Orders are processed with due care and attention.
If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed within a reasonable timeframe.
Article 12 – Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.
Karen Moree reserves the right to correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability without prior notice.
Article 13 – Complaints
Complaints must be submitted in writing or by email to:
Karen Moree will respond to complaints within a reasonable period after receipt.
Article 14 – Governing Law
Karen Moree operates under American jurisdiction. All agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer are governed by American law.
If mandatory consumer protection laws in the consumer’s country of residence provide greater protection, those statutory rights shall remain fully applicable.
Article 15 – Amendments
Karen Moree reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect.
Article 16 – Shipping and Returns
Karen Moree works with third-party logistics providers located in China. Orders are therefore shipped from China.
Approved returns must also be sent to China. The applicable return address and instructions will be provided once the return request has been approved.

Return and exchange policies may be modified at any time without prior notice. Karen Moree retains the final decision regarding the eligibility of any return or exchange request.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws. Statutory rights remain fully intact and may vary depending on the consumer’s country of residence.
Spring Sale
The Spring Sale is valid until June 20 of the applicable calendar year, corresponding with the official end of the spring season.
Karen Moree reserves the right to modify or terminate the Spring Sale at any time without prior notice.
